The most comprehensive set of requirements is the GAO Schedule Assessment Guide: Best Practices for Project Schedules – GAO-16-89G: Published: 22nd December 2015. You may also find the CIOB study of construction scheduling useful the background is outlined at: http://www.mosaicprojects.com.au/PDF/CIOB_Background_to_the_Guide.pdf The full report with (research data) is at http://www.mosaicprojects.com.au/PDF/CIOB_TM_report_full.pdf

I’ve been busy researching scheduling, scheduling practices etc etc, and obviously got alot of info from your sources.

I’m in the process of registering for my PhD(Construction Management) specializing in scheduling. I want to create an objective baseline validation model to measure the level of compliance to the various standards.

Do you know of any models excluding PMI, DCMA and GAO.

My aim is to get a compliance % rating of the baselines. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
